ISAE East–West Central Europe Joint Regional Conference 2026 

Oral Presentations 

• The total presentation time is 15 minutes maximum, including discussion.  

• Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint or PDF format.  

• We kindly ask speakers to keep strictly to the allocated time to ensure a smooth conference schedule.  

• Please upload your presentation or provide it to the technical staff before the beginning of your session.  

 

Poster Presentations 

• Posters should be prepared in vertical orientation.  

• The maximum poster size is A1 format.  

• Posters should be installed during the registration period and remain displayed throughout the conference unless stated otherwise by the organizers.  

 

Poster Pitch Session 

Poster presenters are also invited to participate in a Poster Pitch Session. 

A Poster Pitch Session is a short oral presentation session in which poster presenters briefly introduce their research to the audience before the poster session. The aim is to increase the visibility of posters, stimulate discussion, and help participants identify topics of interest. 

• Each presenter will have 2 minutes to introduce their poster.  

We recommend focusing on:  

• the research topic,  

• main objectives,  

• key findings,  

• and the main message or significance of the work.  

Presenters may use 1–2 summary slides in PowerPoint or PDF format
